Full Service Event Planning
Our full-service planning touches every wedding + event detail, start to finish. Creating unforgettable events alongside well-matched vendors, we bring your dream concept to life while you enjoy as little or as much of the process as you desire.
Starting with venue and date support, our team then jumps into building your website, nailing down lodging, budget management, vendor match-making, video + in person consultations, full scale design and floorpans, and all other pieces leading up to go time. In total, we do the leg work to keep everything moving forward on schedule so that you can relax and enjoy all the moments leading up to your day!

Consultation
Getting to know you and your love’s vision and aesthetic for your perfect day is our first step. We gather all of your dreamy inspiration and create a game plan to make it all happen. This includes understanding the financial investment you would like to make and how we will best allocate your budget to bring all your dream events to life.

Vendor Matchmaking
& Planning
Finding the perfect venue and connecting you with the best team of vendors is our favorite kind of matchmaking. We work to negotiate all of your vendor contracts, coordinate all of the logistics and fine tune your day-of timeline so that you can focus on the things that matter most.

Design
& Details
The creative process of choosing color palettes, floor layouts, seating charts and your event’s overall design is the actual best. We collaborate with your team of vendors to keep everyone on track and curate a cohesive, well-executed design for your day.

Let’s
Party!
When your day finally arrives, our team divides and conquers to create magic. With boots on the ground, your lead planner will be on-site to coordinate your vendors, set up, and monitor all the details that we have been waiting to see come to life. Our assisting team member will be on site with you to check in personally before helping with set up. We’ll be there to pin boutonnieres, greet that one funny uncle, and make sure your glass is always full!
